Flexibility, transparency, and long-term strategy

Each investor has a different horizon, evolving goals, and key moments in their wealth journey.

Exiting the fund is therefore a fully integrated part of the overall investment strategy.

It is planned from the outset, within a structured, sovereign, and predictable framework.

A clearly defined exit,
planned from the beginning

A Clearly Defined Exit, Planned From The Beginning

The exit process is defined at the time of subscription through a clear contract detailing liquidity conditions, notice periods, withdrawal procedures, as well as the reciprocal rights and obligations.

Exit Fees

1% after 5 years
2% after 3 years
3% within the first three years

Performance Fee

15% on net capital gains realized at the time of exit

Exit options

Withdrawals can take various forms, depending on the investor’s profile and preferences.

Standard Exit (Partial or Full)

Exit is possible at any time, subject to the notice period defined in the agreement.

15th of each month: Entries and withdrawals are processed on this date for predictable and organized management.

Valuation: Based on the latest Net Asset Value (NAV) at the time of the request.

Withdrawal options: Funds can be returned in fiat currency, physical gold (secure pickup in Geneva), or digital assets (transferred to your designated wallet).

A stable framework
aligned with investors

The fund’s governance enforces strict policies to balance collective security and individual freedom: fixed withdrawal windows, clearly stated exit fees, and predictive liquidity management to protect fund integrity. Withdrawals are never blocked arbitrarily — stability is built on transparency and predictability.

Freedom to exit,
without pressure

The fund does not offer instant liquidity like a bank product, but guarantees a clear and accessible withdrawal process, personal and legal support at every step, and responsible liquidity management without panic-driven sell-offs.

Closing a cycle, transmitting, reinvesting

Exiting the fund is not a break — it’s often the natural conclusion of a wealth phase, or the start of a new strategy.

Some choose to reinvest. Others transfer to the next generation. All maintain the same spirit of independence that defines HEVEA’s vision.
