Audit &
Proof of Reserves
Transparency, security, traceability
HEVEA Genius is built on a rigorous investment structure designed to ensure asset integrity, regulatory compliance, and shareholder trust.
Every position is verifiable, every flow is traceable, every commitment is documented.
Structured audit framework
Three core pillars form the foundation of the fund’s control and transparency system.
Proof
of Reserves
Bitcoin
BTC holdings are kept in verifiable cold wallets. Wallet addresses and cryptographic signatures are available to demonstrate actual ownership of the funds.
Physical gold
Gold is stored with certified custodians, with numbered certificates, inventory reports, and full traceability. Weights, serial numbers, and storage locations are recorded.
Bitcoin mining
The mining infrastructure is subject to technical reporting, including:
- Production data (hashrate, revenue)
- Hosting and operations contracts
- Payout records from mining pools

Independent
financial audit
Once a year, an external firm conducts a full audit of the fund:
- Verification of financial flows and allocations
- Cross-check of consistency between assets, subscriptions, and share ownership
- Review of KYC/AML procedures
- Cross-audit of all proof of reserves (crypto, gold, infrastructure)
Secure
investor portal
All audit documents, financial reports, proof of reserves, and compliance materials are made available in a private, secure area accessible only to investors.
- Encrypted individual access
- Full report history
- Certified annual updates

Governance &
collective responsibility
The governance structure is based on a cooperative model:
- The choice of the audit firm is subject to shareholder vote
- Proposals to strengthen audit procedures can be submitted at general meetings
- Each shareholder may request access to supporting documents via a secure channel
Objective:
verifiable traceability
Transparency is not based on promises, but on verifiable facts.
- Existence of assets
- Document accessibility
- Independent verification
An asset only holds value if it can be proven, located, and audited.
The credibility of a fund lies in its ability to show what it actually holds.
