The goal: to enable direct capital allocation into three solid wealth-building pillars — Bitcoin, physical gold, and mining — within a governed structure, free from intermediaries.
Access
Requirements
Investments start at USD 30,000 and are reserved for investors who qualify as either high-net-worth individuals or professional structures (such as holdings, wealth management companies, etc.).
The onboarding process is confidential and progressive:
- Initial strategic discussion
- Optional Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Presentation of the fund and legal documentation
- KYC/AML verification (identity, address, source of funds)
- Signature of statutes and registration of social shares
- Fund transfer to the fund’s dedicated bank account
Fee
Structure
Fees are clear, simple, and fully transparent:
Entry fee: 3%, charged once at the time of subscription
Management fee: 2% per year, billed quarterly (0.5% per quarter)
Exit fee: decreasing with the duration of holding
- Less than 12 months: 6%
- 12 to 24 months: 4%
- 24 to 36 months: 2%
- Over 36 months: 0%
Direct Ownership
No Intermediation
Each investor becomes a direct associate of the fund, holding nominative social shares.
There are no shell companies or layered structures. Your rights in the fund are clear, contractual, and traceable.
Governance is based on a weighted voting system:
