Access
Requirements
Investments start at USD 50,000 and are reserved for investors who qualify as either high-net-worth individuals or professional structures (such as holdings, wealth management companies, etc.).
The onboarding process is confidential and progressive:
- Initial strategic discussion
- Optional Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Presentation of the fund and legal documentation
- KYC/AML verification (identity, address, source of funds)
- Signature of statutes and registration of social shares
- Fund transfer to the fund’s dedicated bank account
Fee
Structure
Entry fee: 3%, charged once at the time of subscription
Management fee: 2% per year, billed quarterly (0.5% per quarter)
Performance Fee: 15% of the capital gain realized upon exit
